SUMMARY:Chinese Food Culture Summer Camp
DESCRIPTION:Mandarin Virtual Summer Camp at Lango Kids Northern Virginia:\n“Chinese Food Culture”\nJuly 20 – July 24\, 2020\nCamp for elementary school students (K to 6th grade) \n-Travel to the south and the north of China to discover the characteristics of different Chinese snacks.\n-Learn about unique snacks from the south and the north of China! \nWe will spend the first half of the class (10:00 am – 11:00 am) exploring different countries while using our imagination to travel to different places each week. This week we will go together to China. It will be full of fun and engaging activities as vocabulary games\, memory games\, pretending play\, music\, and dance\, etc.\nStudents will have a 15-minute break halfway through the class. Parents are encouraged to provide their children with some snacks and water during the break.\nThe second half of the class (11:15 am – 12:00 pm) will contain a variety of fun and easy experiments\, crafts\, and art projects related to the trip of the day.
